Nous Encore (Us Again) marks the second release of Sébastien Morin’s primeur, and it’s everything you’d hope for in a playful, glou-glou Gamay. Stunning nose of cherry pie, sour cherry, cooked cherry, cherry juice. Basically, cherry all around in the first pour. Remarkable purity and finesse, silky on the entry, but progresses towards a focused and perpetual mid-palate. Perfectly integrated alcohol and acidity, with such a sexy texture. Persistent all the way through. This is as quintessentially Beaujolais as natural wine gets - light-bodied, fresh, and impossible to put down.

About Winecraft

Sébastien Morin’s story is one of transformation - an IT professional turned natural winemaker in the heart of Beaujolais, Saint-Étienne-des-Oullières. Inspired by Brignot’s ethos of low intervention, extended maceration, and slow, deliberate presses, Sébastien left behind the tech world to dedicate himself to crafting wines that speak purely of their place.
