Benefitting from the short maceration, Sébastien's signature long and slow press and the extended aging in fiberglass tanks, this is one quaffable gamay with notes of bright red fruits. As typical as any of the glou glou natural wines of Beaujolais gets.

About Winecraft

Sébastien Morin, a passionate natural winemaker based in Saint-Étienne-des-Oullières, in the southern part of Beaujolais. His journey into winemaking started in the early 2000s after a chance encounter with natural wine pioneer Jean-Marc Brignot. Influenced by Brignot’s winemaking philosophy of low intervention, long maceration and slow presses, Sébastien transitioned from his previous career in IT to focus on crafting wines that truly reflect their terroir.
