Easy Game 2023

Ever so often we'd be hearing "Easy Game" from Sébastien in his cellar but we would have never imagined him naming his wine this. When quizzed on the meaning behind the name, Sébastien notes this was one of the few wines in his winemaking career that was made without any hiccups during the vinification process. Quite a feat considering his zero-zero, low intervention approach to making wines. 

Made from 100% gamay from the south of Beaujolais, don't be fooled by its name, with a 2 weeks maceration and a slow press, Easy Game shows both depth and structure behind its smooth tannins and ripe red fruit notes. 

Perfect for an aperitif, sharing plates or on its own.
